The holes and vanes on the rotor that you see are more about venting pad gasses than cooling.
Run some actual cooling ducts from an area of high pressure like the nose of the car to the brakes for best results in venting.
Your pads are still low temperature pads if they're the ceramic ones. Semi or full metallic work at a higher temperature range than ceramic. Ceramic gives lots of friction when cool. Metallic when warm/hot
