Oil pressure switch location

Can anyone help me with the location of the oil pressure switch on the 2006 gs I just bought the car about a month ago and I'm trying like hell to work out the bugs. I read a thread that described my exact problem so I bought a switch just need to know exactly it goes because I can find it on top of block.

The pressure sensor? If I'm not mistaken it's under the intake on the back

Yes. It is on the back side, under the manifold. It is painful to get to. It can be reached from underneath with the car on jack stands. I hope you have short arms though. It appears to be open around it, but it is tight for someone with long arms.

I actually figured out that if you take out the battery and the intake hose you can reach the oil pressure sensor a lot easier. I had mine changed in about 15 mins doing it this way. Hope this help others
