OEM Shifter Part Numbers

Does anyone have the OEM part numbers for the GS 5 speed manual trans? Mine has a lot of play in gear and I can seem to find the parts online.

Welcome to the club! Are you talking about the socket where the shifter ball sits in?

Thank ya. Yes the cap and possibly the whole base itself. How many wear parts are there other than the cap?

Welcome. If you're going to tinker around with the shifter, might as well upgrade to an STS. Ralco and TWM both make solid shifters for the GS that you might be interested in taking a look at.

I appreciate it. Is that the only wear part I have to worry about?
