Engine light because of 02 sensor

I recently replaced all of my O2 sensors with new ones. I restarted my car by disconnecting the battery and there was no check engine lights when i started the car the first time, however when I started it a second time the check engine light came on and it wont go away. I got it scanned and its the first O2 sensor in bay one. I checked the wire harness and it was tight, I checked if it was screwed in and it was. Can someone tell me whats going on and how I can fix it

Use a code reader to view live data of the sensor with the engine running, what code is it exactly?

A real diagnosis we need the exact code and some data logging

I had to replaced both O2 sensors on the front exhaust. Still gave me the code so i threw seafoam in it and ran it for a bit. The code cleared itself after driving about 5-ish miles
