Best blacking housing headlights?

I was looking at the black halo headlights on autocity imports and they look pretty good and I like the high gloss look. Are they bright enough or of a decent quality? Or are they so blinding they could be used as a weapon? I havnt seen any videos with them turned on so

They're no brighter than stock lenses. It's down to what bulbs you choose to run. By default, they come with regular H1 halogens. A different size, but same style as OEM

Sexynerd34 will become famous soon enough
The halo ones are made poorly. The different LEDs burn out and aren't all replaceable. The headlights themselves are a bitch to change. They also started pealing open. I bought a set of OEM style blacked out ones that still look cool.
