4G69 2.4 Main & Rod Bearing Torque Specs

HI All, I have a 2.4 4g69 4 cyl.Mivec engine that I am helping my son rebuild. I can't seem to get the torque specification for the main and connecting rod bearing any. Can any 1 plz provide me useful information of how or where I can locate this info. Thanks in adavnce

Engine overhaul, 2.4L should have it.

Be absolutely sure not to re use the main bolts though. Some stretch bolts are multi use (eg, VW 1.8t 06A head bolts are 3 use according to factory), these definitely are not

Oh, and further beating a dead horse, be sure to run a tap down the holes first for the main bolts. Dirty threads don't torque right.
