Installed/re-installed:
Clutch brackets
Hydraulic lines
CAI
Battery
Sway Bar
Radiator hoses
Fuel line
EVAP lines
Stay bar
... and bled the hydraulics

Ordering ball joints tomorrow, sent payment for rear manifold out Saturday... will be doing small odds and ends over the next couple weeks....

Basically what it'll be, a stock GT, with the exception of the CAI, TB bypass, and I plan on using the same Magnaflow catback from the GS

I missed out on driving the car all this summer, so plan on driving it as is next year while stock piling mods for internal upgrades.

You should use the badge that says GT V6, but replace the GT with GS. That would be pretty cool but it would probably be hard to find the same size letters.

Yea, like Ryan said, CAI, Catback (GS MagnaFlow), TB bypass... but up my sleeve is AEM FIC, and Wideband... just need to get the pnp harness. I may take a look at port matching the OEM headers.

Ball joints arrived today with supersonic shipping! Mitsu dealer advised me that the ball joints were part of the control arm assembly and cannot be ordered separately (Control Arm P/N's MN186655 & MN186656). Hopefully these are what I was after.

Will install today or tomorrow, so I'm soon to find out

I still need to set about doing the ball joints, I took a look at the situation, and I'll need to rent the press from AutoZone to pull them out. Just haven't gotten around to it, I may even just have a garage make quick work of it.

I did receive the rear exhaust manifold I bought off eclipsercr2006, so I set about installing those today. My engine didn't come with any nuts or bolts for the headers, and the dealer wanted $60 plus for a set of 14 nuts/washes.. so I set off to Lowes and got what I need for around $15.

The install was pretty easy, I installed the rear first since daylight fades fast. I removed the heat shield off the manifold and removed the steering pump. From there, it was a matter of maneuvering the manifold into place, prolly took 45 mins or so to do. Then I re-attached the heat shield which was quirky but got it on there. Then installed the front manifold. This coming weekend I'll be installing the Y and J pipe, I need to order a gasket, and get some more bolts, but it should go on with no problems by the look of it.

Something that could have been prevented, but they got damaged when we were pulling the the CV axles. Friend used his leverage puller, and tore the dust cover completely off the thing and then the grease inside bled out.

Well there's a good reason :/

Ahh headers would have installed 1/2 the time the rear header does that dam 180 degree turn it's amazing lol... But deff will run alot smoother and code free which is a awesome thing... Car looks good

If our ball joints came with grease fittings, I would have just replaced the dust over and refilled them with grease, but unfortunately, they are sealed.

And that's what I want using the oem manifolds, just make sure it runs properly before I really get into modding it.
