Awesome post! rep'd!
maybe I'm a little picky but I would've put Spark plugs in their own section as they are not a part of the fuel system.
Please add "mitsubishipartspeople.com" to the vendor list for parts, they are awesome! only place besides a dealer that I know of that will ship you a PAINTED Aero body kit.
And how about adding McClipseGT's write up for replacing Trunk "springs" https://club4g.org/board/general-4g-e...k-springs.html

awesome posts guys! a CAI for a GS manual is able to fit in an auto right? or will i have to stick with a SRI? i kinda dont want to use a SRI due to the heat. (wanting to keep the engine as cool as possible, even though a few less degrees isnt going to help much but hey! its worth something)

i think it will, you may or may not have to play with it. however dcsports makes an intake that i believe fits both but it seems all the auto 4cyl on here tend to go in that direction while the manuals go with fujita/injen. just a trend i kinda noticed but when i get around to finally buying an intake dc is the one im going with and im auto.

That's what everyone is telling me, but I don't want to spend the money and find out its not able to fit. Plus I was wanting to have inked and not dc (I'm kids picky)

I kinda like the bumper bar cover but i contacted autocityimports and they said that it will not fit the 09 gs because of way the mitsubishi logo is built in to upper grill compared to the 06 bumper style.

does anyone know if that is actually true, because i was thinking it might be able to just fit right over top of the logo section.

No it will not fit. The bar is a different style on the newer body style. It's more edgy.

Yes, trevoar did this prior to his GS prior to the GT swap.

was it just PnP or was there some custom work struggling going on to make it fit. i wouldn't expect much since it is a 4g69 part

It actually looks really similar to the oem just ported and polished so it should be PnP
