Input shaft bearing noise 08 eclipse gs

I started to hear a grinding rattling noise when I would let the clutch out. Pushed it back in the noise stopped. If the car is in gear clutch in the same noise kind of occurs. Along with a winding down noise. I thot it was my tob or my clutch. So I dropped my transmission and I ended up spending many hours and a lot of money on the problem (with other hiccups along the way) put it all back together and the same noise is still there. I replaced flywheel put in a stage 2 clutch kit put new control arms and ball joints. Even new brake pads. This has been a learning experience for sure. I'm about to replace the input shaft bearing and was wondering if y'all have advice on the job and any tricks of tips or things I need to know to save me more problems than I've already had. While I'm. In. There what else should I do? Output? Seals? Other bearings? Gaskets? What else do I buy along with input shaft bearing? Thanks. I love this site! It's been very helpful.
