the eclipse has ended.

Sunkist was having a rough time, my issues grew from a simple tapping noise that didn't seem to effect my car at all to a full blown misfire and the car would have difficulty starting. I'm completely broke and I needed a way to get to work, and the eclipse lasted 700 miles being driven in that state. Today while going maybe 40 mph down the road on my way back home I heard a muffled bang, and I heard metal hitting and bouncing off the asphalt below my car along with a significant loss of power. I managed to pull into a parking lot and the car sounded like a rock tumbler and felt like it had less than half the original power. I picked up several shards of metal from the road I was on, still warm from being in my car. Pieces of my bellhousing, pieces of the small sheet between the trans and my oil pan, and what looked to be an internal component of the transmission. I managed to hobble it back home at 20mph luckily I was only a few miles away. Got it up on stands and looked at it, something blasted straight through my bell housing and the trans is trashed. The trans plus engine work are more than I can afford and more than the car is worth, so today was the last time I drove my 4G. Rest in pieces :")

Ouch, that's very shitty

I hope you can get a decent price on your next car. I wonder what went on it though... Auto or manual trans?

EDIT: I hate to mention it, but where are you located? Because I'm sure people would be looking for parts, and I even know someone looking for a non-driving 4g to rebuild

Auto special edition (gs). It has a solid 8 or 9/10 interior no rips no tears nice leather seats etc, eibach pro kit springs, 18in OEM alloys from the facelifted 4G, and RRE pulley kit. I also have like new spec d halo projectors.

I'm in northwest Florida, maybe 15 minutes west of Destin

Hmm, I think he's too far away, if my geography of the USA is correct.

A partout could work well though
