Rip eclipse you will be missed

So unfortunately the time has come got into a slight wreck didn’t think it would be anything serious but the body damage kept stacking up and insurance decided to total her out. She was an amazing first car and I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who helped me on here along the way it was a short journey and ended too soon 54BCA12B-A282-443A-9152-E16399CEE61B_1600006483224.jpg

That's unfortunate.

It would make for a perfect track toy now. Pull the interior panels, kick the dent out, send it.

You could talk to the company about buying them out on the scrap car. Might be able to pick it up for $300

pcfreak4 has a spectacular aura about
Am I missing something? Looks like the back of the plastic side skirt snapped off and dents to the rear quarter?
All of the gas tank and evap stuff is on the drivers side anyway so this side doesn’t have anything to get damaged under the panels

In a lot of areas a high mileage 4G GS book value is under $1000, and to fix that panel damage at a good shop to look pre accident is probably around $3000. It has to be cut out and new material formed and welded in, special ordered, or cut from a junkyard, but good shops don't do that often.

So with that, very quickly writing it off for a couple thousand brings the company ahead of where they would have been otherwise.

That aside, I'd definitely rock that car down a track all day long

Haha ya man the side skirt didn’t snap off they took that off at the collision shop when I got hit it was just a dent and maybe part of the side skirt had ripped I honestly thought there would be more wheel damage then anything but it was the body repair cost of about 3k that did that

Haha, not bad. I was bound to get one eventually

That said, you could potentially buy it off them as scrap if you had any use for a dented rear quarter 4g, or knew anyone.

It's funny how some places they're worth $500, others the same car would be $3000.

So what did you end up getting?
