pcfreak4 has a spectacular aura about
Did u make the exhaust manifold and up pipe to the rest of the exhaust?

How did u plumb in your boost controller, blow off valve, and what did you use the plate on the throttle body for? I’d just like to know your diagram of what connects to what if that’s cool, thanks

The complete exhaust from turbo back is 3 in, and I made it all, the manifold is a log style I bought from another user that had it for sale.
The wastegate
Bottom port gets constant pressure from turbo charge line
Top port does the same, but has a solenoid in line of it from the boost controller

The block off plate has 2 ports
First one goes to the BOV valve
Second line goes to the boost controller or boost gauge

Hope that helps

So the OEM mirror completely died on me, no lights, dimming or anything (even tested it on the bench and still nothing)
So bought a aftermarket one, it has reverse camera and dash cam all in one,
Also gives your GPS speed as well.
Alittle pricy but well worth it

Damn that's cool! How much of a pain was it to install? Were you able to reuse any of the wiring from the stock mirror?

It actually wasn't hard at all, took about a hour total,
Single wire for the reverse signal, and came with the fuse plug pigtails, so really it was just all running wires

Do you miss the lights from the OE mirror? Seems like it would be dark w/ only dome light at night. Looks like a great upgrade otherwise, my stock mirror getting glitchy.

Playing with some carbon fiber,
Going for the forged carbon fiber look,
Do wish I would of went with a thinner chopped carbon fiber though, but coming out good so far,
This was after first leveling sanding and another coat of resin

Still have lots of coats and sanding to go

I actually watch him lol, also another good one is Street Bandito,

But I'm going for the forged carbon fiber look, more of a skinning project, then making from scratch

So installed K sport coilovers over the weekend, still adjusting them right now, and also just received in some Moog front and rear end links that I will install hopefully today/tomorrow.
And alignment after that, I did notice that the front wheels do point inward just slightly, so will have to adjust that so I can drive safely to the alignment place

Very Nice! I'm afraid I'm not up to snuff on the way they rate the power of engines these days. Can you tell me what the rated HP @ X-Torque is on that Eclipse?

As best as I can tell from the pics, the engine was originally a 4-cyl, (i.e. not the GT). My 2009 (when I had it), and my present 2012 Eclipses were both GT models.

They were quick but if you weren't ready for it, the front-wheel drive would rip the steering wheel out of your hands when hammering the accelerator from a dead-stop. I never did like that about the car.

When I had my 2009, I used a digital stop watch, (with assistance from the passenger), and took 3 runs for a 0 to 60 test. It averaged 5.8 seconds. That Eclipse was about as basic as you could get when it came to optional equipment.

Then in 2012, I traded it in for a new 2012 Eclipse GT that was fully loaded. I mean, everything that Mitsubishi could squeeze into the Eclipse, was in that car.

I was really surprised when I did the same 0 to 60 test (x 3), and it was considerably faster than the 2009, which didn't have anything in it, (except I think it may have had the Rockford Fosgate system).

Anyway, the 2012 averaged 5.2 seconds in that 0 to 60 test and I didn't expect it to be that much faster. In fact, I would have almost bet it would have been slower.

I bought both cars brand new and tested each one within three months of the purchase date. (They both had less than 3K miles at the time of the tests).
FWIW,
Thanks,
Rich

So about new years, started having a humming noise when in second or higher every time you pushed the gas pedal, slowly kept getting louder and louder,
Turns out my F200 clutch was bad, so replaced it with a Fx350 clutch,
Also replaced all the bearings in transmission (even though could not find anything wrong with them).
But regardless looks like it has resolved the issue
