It LOOKS like a torn boot, simply because the grease probably flung up on the engine/transmission wall. Also, looks more shiny than usual. Your best bet is to check the boot with fingers for any rips. If you can confirm, your best bet is to replace the whole thing. With all the grease being flung out like that, you're CV Axel is gonna wanna be replaced due to lack of lubrication and introduction to dirt and road grit.

yeah, judging by the pattern of oil splash all around it and the age of the cv axle it's a torn boot. Just like Garrett said, best option is replacement. If you hear weird sounds coming from that side - the sooner you replace, the better.

Would that make noise all the time? I get this odd squeal on driver side on load only.

At what moment does that noise becomes most obvious? and is it constant or does it squeak on turns?

A bad axle usually makes clicking sounds, squealing is most likely your brakes sticking or a bad wheel bearing
Is it the front or back? The back is common to squeak from the parking brake shoes

It comes from the front. It sounds similar to a bad belt whir. It only happens when i step on the gas abit hard. Heard it could be the CAI sucking air noise but i dnt know.
