Brake Caliper Bushings

I had one of my brake pads seize up today, luckily caught it before it did any damage to the rotors. I think the cause is from the Rubber Bushing being torn, the bottom slider was basically dry. I lubed it up good and replaced the pads, but I don't know how long it will last without a good seal.

My question is are these bushings/boots universal? I can't really seem to find any information on them. I'd like to try an replace them without buying a whole new caliper kit.
