What's the part called that lower rear strut bolt attaches to?

This part and is it replaceable without having to replace the whole knuckle?

While installing new coilovers and taking out the old strut spring assembly I broke the nut off on the rear driver side lower strut. I don't have any idea how I'm getting that broken bolt out.
