wheel width and offset help

Sorry guys if this is a redundant topic or this was asked before. I just need a little help as I'm a bit lost. I am currently on stock suspension but plan on dropping it with coils, what offset should i get to avoid rolling fenders?

Also, for 235/45/r18 tires is it best to get 18x8 or 18x8.5 rims? Thanks.

Stock offset is fine on a 235mm tire. 8.5" rim preferred.

46/42. Both will work.

You could always go from your current tire and actually measure . Every 10mm wider of tire will stick out 5mm farther, and every mm of offset change will change it by 1mm
