New rims, 2007 eclipse gs

Hi guys! I'm new to the eclipse family, it's been my dream since I was 16 to own one and I got a great deal on my car. I also bought rims that didnt come with lug nuts (off ebay) and it had VERY little information about them. My question is this, I took it to get the rims put on and the stock lug nuts didnt fit. So I have to purchase lugs. I've read up about them and know a few things I need but I'm a bit confused. I know the eclipse is 12x1.5. My rim takes conical but after that I dont know much. I tried to fit a socket into the hole of the rim and the only size I could in would be a 15mm socket.
I've read about tuner lugs, but all the ones I see on amazon look like it would take a socket and I believe I would need a rounded lug nut? Not sure I'm explaining myself properly.
Ome last question, what does the 12 stand for in 12x1.5?

pcfreak4 will become famous soon enough
12 refers to 12mm threads on the stud and 1.50 is the thread pitch on the studs

You can use these and can find them quite easily at any auto parts store for about $20, u use this key socket on them, I use these on my 2002 WRX except in the 12x1.25 variant for that because it’s studs have a different pitch
