Big Brake Kit 4g Compilation

So since there are many new people upgrading their brakes, I decided to slap them all together for others to see
-Hopefully this can give everyone an idea of what kind of wheels go on the brakes.

Some general tips when upgrading to a big brake kit
-OEM wheels will not clear any big brake kit
-When buying wheels - usually it's safe to purchase EVO fitment wheels
-Spacers can be used, just have to make sure it's from a reputable spacer company and it's a complete hub upgrade.
-
Here is a link to a WRX forum - it has good instructions on how to remove brake dust shields and general big brake installation with good pictures
http://www.iwsti.com/forums/how-inst...brake-kit.html
How to bleed your brakes
http://www.popularmechanics.com/auto...o/4213448.html

have I missed anyone?

Great idea, I would suggest tracking down those rim and tires sizes for even more clarification. I will be joining the club here in a few days. Can't wait!!

Put my fronts on today. I didn't re-paint them so they're a lil brown looking, (I couldn't wait) cpl of the evo guys just said fuk it! Put them on!You just look like you track your car. Looking forward till I get some extra cash to buy rear rotors so I can complete the swap. It'll be a lil while tho I've spent so much on the car lately. But anyways, Brembos FTMFW!!!

any aftermarket evo brakes will work for us.

same rules apply to wheels and rotors as for the brembos...
