Alright, stock is bugging me enough now that I'm leaning heavily to hydro e brake. The issue is, I haven't dug around our braking system much at all. Has anyone here worked out how to run a hydro e brake without losing the ABS, or using a second pair of calipers? I know it has been done

Just wondering if anyone has disabled their ABS. Apparently I'm having a stuck valve so I took it off and now the brakes are actually working great again LOL. Will have to drive like this temporarily. Curious if anyone has actually drive without it. Luckily I don't have ice or snow where I'm from.

So I'm trying to see if I can buy a used ABS module, but all the modules I see on Ebay are "w/o active skid control" - like, do I need this for the 2008 Eclipse GT?

Is this possible? Or do we really need a scan tool?

I'm getting a code C1505, saying that the rear left valve is not to factory spec? When I press on brakes it feels spongy, and it doesn't happen all the time. Has anyone had this problem? Will replacing ABS module help or is this something entirely different?

With my Autel DiagLink I can cycle the ABS modules to pump them on my Subaru and pretty much any old GM vehicle, but this option is not there for my Eclipse, any way to pump the ABS Module with an OBD option or shorting out a diagnostic connector?

Hey I used a full system scan tool to scan every module in my eclipse, and other than the P0455 large evap leak that I'm aware of, I was able to read a bunch of other codes out of some of the more obscule modules of the car, like U1111 which is apparently always set in a few of the modules...

Anyone have their ABS Module replaced due to recall? Mines sprung a leak and curious if there is a different model number available for replacement. Mine is MN116367, Found a 2010 model but it's labeled MN116368. Can't find whether it's a direct replacement or not.
