I attempted to change the serpentine belt on my car and the tensioner bolt snapped leaving the treads in side the base of the tensioner pulley can anyone please help what must I do pertaining to repairing this?

Does anyone know what length belt is needed with the AC deleted? Just hoping to save the effort of measuring when my engine is re-assembled. I was dumb and bought an OEM sized belt remembering I'm removing my underdrive pulley, but forgot I was also removing the AC lol.
