Looking for either RRE or OBX headers someone is parting with as well as a stand alone or piggy back ECU. I have an 06 Eclipse GT 3.8L that I race on oval track I'm looking to get some more out of. Thanks!
Not really picky, just want one that works, is simple and tune able. I race 3/8 oval nascar style so the car is gutted, headers, etc and in this league if you ain’t cheating you ain’t trying, so looking to squeeze all the power outWhat standalone are you looking to go with? What mods are you running that you're going to need a standalone? I love seeing builds that are going to actually see some real racing
Ah okay that makes sense. I like the idea, but I think you'd be better off just tuning the stock ecu. A standalone would be nice, but I don't think it's worth the money. If you get a tactrix cable you can tune the car through Fastworks and it'll make quite a big difference. Especially on an essentially stock car, I think they cost vs gains wouldn't be worth it for standalone. Not really picky, just want one that works, is simple and tune able. What guys have you been trying to get ahold of? I'm sorry, I'm not quite sure which part of my comment you're referring to.I have been trying for months to get ahold of those guys but no luck. If you know the way please pass along as I would really like to take that route. Thanks
Just talk to Alex Kazmirchuk on Facebook. Purchase a tactrix cable and he can tune your car entirely remotely. Whole process takes about a week. That'll save you hundreds of dollars and the hours of work installing a standalone. I think you'll have the best outcome doing thatSorry, I was vague:
Stand alone ECU: Was looking for local tunability as I keep moving the car further away from stock, have a local shop with dyno that can work a stand alone ecu tune but don't have the ability to work the stock Bishi ECU.
Fastworks: My preferred way forward but I haven't been able to get ahold of either them or the tactrix guys in seattle to move forward with that. I agree that this would fit the bill more for what I'm going.
Thanks again!
Facebook or Email. I honestly didn't even know he had Instagram lol. He'll probably respond faster through email, just keep in mind that he has people messaging him daily so try to be patientI tried to message him on Instagram a few months ago but he never replied, does he only answer face book?
I need to save that somewhere lol
