What’s the best transmission fluid for a 2007 5 speed manual transmission?

I've run a handful, and Amsoil Extreme Gear is the one I've liked best. It works in Canadian winters, unlike Redline MT90 which is the common suggestion, and doesn't need to be driven hard on a track to be fully usable
