Question. 2007 eclipse
Myvec motor
Recently had head redone
New timing belt
Crank and cam sensor
New ecm and bcm.
Fault code is for a bus u0073
Crank no start, no spark.
Checked power,ground,and volts to Crank sensor plug and cam sensor.
Need help.
I didn't do the work myself so I'm going in circles

I would pull that timing belt cover off and pull the spark plugs out and check to see if cylinder 1 is TDC. If the timing is off the valves will hit the piston, stick open and won’t start. Interference engines can be a beast some times. I’m gunna assume the car hasn’t ran since it has that communication code either. That very well could be the issue in itself. If the transmission, engine, and computer can’t talk to each-other you’ll never get anywhere. Was the ECM relearned??
