Electrical issues

Does anyone have any clue as to what would make my ‘07 GS fail to have any power whatsoever unless the car is started? Power locks, nor any interior lighting will work unless engine is running. Even when engine is running, I still have no interior lighting, even when manually turning them on. My clock resets every time the car is started. The car runs as it always has though. Just all of a sudden there is zero power or electricity to anything whatsoever if the car is not started.

Under the hood check the fuses that ate in a push in/pull up type holder. When shipped the manufacture those fuses are pulled up until delivered it turns off the interior lights, radio, accessories keeps the battery from draining check those two fuses could be possible they're blown or need to be pushed back in
