Have a 2008 Mitsubishi eclipse SE. Noticed dash pod clock flickering and noticed that I have to turn radio up louder than I used too. Also while this is happening idle low around 500 or400. Tested battery 12.9 also getting about 14 on alternator. Any suggestions? Also when it is doing this when I roll my window down the clock gets dimmer. Seam's to flicker with the idle of the motor.
