I just wanted to show this custom interior i found, it is all leather seats, door panels and parts of the dash an center console, also an alcantara headliner.

I dont know much how to feel about the 2tone, but leather is definitely a good upgrade due to the excesive amount of plastic on th interior

I'm not worried about that. But it's better than the stock cheap leather. That said, I'd still take cloth over both lol.

Been thinking about trying to "wrap" the upper dash and doors with a nice dark cloth

Spray glue, and fabric should work. 3m spray adhesive sticks well to the vinyl pad

or you could flock the dash but that required dissasembly, which im guessing will be hard.

spray adhesive is smart. I'm happy with the vinyl pad as is, I think want to cover the hard plastic on the top and the center console and top of the doors with cloth.

Beautiful, yes exactly like that!!! but I really dont want to be spraying anything so permanent. I could do that for the center console but I dont want to take the whole dash out.

The flocking process is just putting adhesive on the dash using a roller, and salt shaking the flock on it, I wouldn't do it to the center console as it my not work, and it would probably only work on "rough" dash pieces, so im pretty sure you would still need to dissasemble the dash to do it. It might take a lot of work to flock, but imo it would probably look really good.
