Hello everyone, this is my first post here so sorry if it’s in the wrong section.

the timing belt on my 2008 eclipse gs lost teeth and I’m currently in the process of trying to get it to run again.

I removed the intake and exhaust manifolds at one point, naively believing I would be able to tell if there was valve damage

I learned nothing and so I bit the bullet and bought the parts and re did the timing, and everything seems okay so far.

the last part I have left to install is my thermostat housing and I realized that for some stupid reason I disconnected both my coolant lines that go into the firewall for what I assume is the heater core.

TL;DR, which heater hose is which? I know that one connects to the thermostat housing and one connects to the water pipe coming from the water pump but which one goes where?

the service manual just calls them all the same thing so if someone could help me out that would be great!!!
