I was finishing a spark plug change and broke this valve / sensor part. It is on the top of the intake manifold near the throttle body.

It has an electrical plug in and a hose plug in on the back side. It plugs into the manifold and has 2 screws holding it in place. It is a small piece but I broke the plastic hose connector right off and I can't think of what the part is to buy a new one.

Sterling like an idiot already... thanks for a quick answer.

The answer...

just in case any of you were wondering... This is the 'bwd/intermotor vapor canister purge solenoid' and costs $90 at most aftermarket auto joints. Be careful removing the back hose as the plastic plug on the solenoid becomes brittle over the years. Mine cracked with minimal abuse to remove the hose and now releases audible puffs of air from the crack. Lol it has not created a code yet after 30 miles driven, but the sound is ridiculous. Will buy the part on the way home from work today.
