To tell you the truth I have a one year old and am trying to get a food trailer business started so I have to sell it. I’m just getting it in the best shape I can to get the most out of it. Only issue is sunroof will not open. That and it’s prior salvage but can’t fix that any more than it already has been.
You could check the sunroof switch if it has power, if it does then you can check the switch itself for continuity, if that also works you can isolate the motor as a likely issue. If the motor also works when given 12v power, then it's probably just sticking or a damaged track.
Thanks for the reply! I ended up taking the glass out since it seemed simplest and found that it was indeed a problem with the track. One of the pushing arms had popped out of position and it was jamming. I put it back together and it functions as it should. A little louder than it was but it actually works! And yes they are stock wheels. When I got it they were trashed from curb rash so I cleaned them up and painted them myself.
