I have one also. It's the entire exhaust manifold with the 2 cats or the one cat further under the car that you need? I have one both. As long as it's off of a 2.4L, yes, they all are the same on the 4G69 engine.

What kind of shape is it in? Is it illegal to use a second hand cat?

My brother said it’s illegal to install a second hand cat. Do you know anything about that?

Good shape, drove the car 100 miles from deep Chicago and back with no issues with it. It was previously drove in Illinois so I believe they do emissions testing. It’s not illegal to install an aftermarket cat, it’s illegal to drive a car that is not up to specifications in CA, and other states as well. As long as it does the job, it doesn’t matter what you put on it.
