Sunroof sunshade things

Does anybody know how to put these back up into the sunroof?
Hood Automotive tire Vehicle Motor vehicle Road surface

I go to slide one end in and the other end but it doesn't go in right it seems like I gotta push hard on it and make it bow but i ain't tryna break it

So recently i tried again and I figured how to get them in but when i pull it closed it wont grab the second one and pull it with and also the sunroof wont close all the way
