anyone know of an easy way to take off the Emblems on the back of the car, kinda wanna take everything off just have the mitsu symbol on the front...my buddy's accord can be taken off with just using a hair dryer....

ya use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften it up a bit and use dental floss and floss it off then just clean off the glue and wax

if you take the emblems off you are going to be left with two un-sightly holes and it will look like shit.

yeah, on the ass end, the mitsu symbol has 2 huge holes underneath it. founf that out when I took mine off to paint it. :ghey:

lol i de-badged my friend's sentra and lancer with my college ID..went right thru it and took about a minute for the sentra and 30 seconds for the "LANCER".. fishing line and floss werent working too well so i found a nice alternative, haha. looks really clean too no damage or glue left

that is correct only the mitsu symbol has the hole everthing else you will be good on

Front mitsubushi emblem is adhesive tape same as on back of "eclipse" letters. If you take to rear mitsubushi embelm off you will have to holes.

The front will look like this when you take embelm off

thanx everyone i did it today....she's lookin nice gave her a wash and shine looks great..thanx again for the help/advice....ended up burning out my moms hair dryer, had to buy her another one lol

Hey, all I can say is props for searching.

The letters are easy, just use dental floss, I didn't use a hair dryer and they came off very easy. Use goo gone on whats left on your car, then wax and you're done, the look is very sleek and clean-- CHOP

wouldn’t do it but on all 3 spokes of the badge there is adhesive holding it in place, i used a blade and floss with some goo gone and got it off pretty easily, but then there’s two holes that are gonna be left from the badge that aren’t easy to cover up. i’m gonna put mine back on eventually it was not worth it at all
