I apologize for the horrible wording but: Does the location of our piping match up with any other generations? While we know the flanges and bolt locations are different, would it be possible to take a 1g or 2g turbo manifold and hack off the manifold flange and weld on a 4g flange? Reason being you can get these manifolds for relatively cheap and just reflange them to fit the 4g69. Could save hours and hours of labor?

If you take a piece of turd and polish it you still only have a piece of turd. The dsm manifolds were nothing special! Get some punk to build you a proper one.

Ima tell all my 2g buddies hackish said dsm=turd lol and they are special cause theyre cheap. I can get a decent 4g63 turbo manifold for like $100 off a buddy and a 4g69 manifold from a junkyard and have a buddy weld it for free. I cant get him to weld a 4g69 turbo manifold from nothing for that cheap

Bump. He does twin scroll manifolds too! Currently budgeting for one. Never thought id see the day I quit smoking and drinking monster for my car >.<
