The STORY LEADING UP TO THE RACEso the other day this guy, Jeremy, added me on facebook, said he went to the same school as me... wouldnt shut his mouth about how good of a driver he was and how knowledgable he is about his Silvia "which he flipped a few months back" and now has a Celica. talkin all this like "sup bro" and being all cool, and i had NVR even meet the guy. just msgd me on face book and txt.
so i ran into him today at school as we were both walking to the parking lot, leaving... and of course he talked for about 20 minutes about his celica and how he used to be in all these famous Nissan clubs :blah: and how his celica was nice and starting to mod it :blah:
and then i stated that i wanted to get some Long tube headers. and he says "Longtube headers? what are you a mustang driver? those only serve a purpose if you are turboed or drive a mustang..."
at this point im laughing inside! and he just keeps talkin about how you does all the mods on his car and changed his own headers on his old silvia and all this shit. so then he ask about HID and if i had them. I said "ya, 6k. You talkin about getting some?" He said "no, i dont want to have to crack open my headlights" .... ** i swear on everything thats real, he said that ** and i said "if you can change your light bulb, you can add HID's. straight plug and play replacements" he said it sounded like too much work and changed the subject...
So by this time, im like... "FUCK HE TALKS TO MUCH... time to shut his jolly ass up
" so we leave school and get on the highway.
THE RACE !!!
So i get on and he follows. im cruisen at about 85 and he's chillen back at about 75.
- i slow down and pair up with him
-i drop down to 4th, then 3rd and we start cruisen at about 55
-I hear his exhaust start to wine really high pitched so i know he in low gears and getting ready to floor it.
-we hit about 50 and right before he's about to take off i drop it to second gear for a slight second or so to get the last bit of RPM's out of 2nd gear and i floor it!!
-we take off at the exact same second.
-right away i pull half car ahead.
-100mph im about 3/4 car length ahead.
-110 i slipped in front by about 1 1/2 cars length and let off the gas to end it. :wiggle:
THE FUNNIES PART OF IT ALL!!!!
soo i took the WIN on that one... and he exits a few miles further to go elsewhere.
he sends me a txt a few minutes later... AND THIS IS WHAT IT SAID!!!
