You need to remove the A-pillars first. Then if I remember correct there is a screw in them.

okay figured out how to remove the pillars...but before i do so can anyone confirm that that is how you remove the front speaker grills? i dont wanna take the pillar off if its unnecessary.

No screws, just nice sturdy plastic clips. And no, you don't need to remove the A-pillar covers.

All you need are small screwdrivers to pry the pieces off. Safely.

 

^^really, I thought the A-pillar sat on the edge of the grille? Good to know.
