My gas milage hasn't hasn't went down to much. Rolling 80 on the hwy I'm still getting 320+ mpg. But I am still throwing codes about 100-200 miles after doin this. I have the defoulers on. Says my voltage is low for bank 1 and2
do you have the spark plug non foulers double stacked on both sides ?

i had to get a magnaflow high flow 3rd cat put back on mine after i gutted the manifold and that gave me my low end back.car was definitely faster without question.hit my testing marks at the same speed much sooner.i was very careful with my 02's and never had a problem.maybe you guys are damaging the sensors .

just to let you all know, I have succesfully gutted both headers on my GT. The rear header was a huge pain in the ass. After removing all bolts on the rear header I couldnt get it out of the engine bay no matter how hard I tried so I ended up gutting the rear while it was still in the engine bay and vaccumed out all of the honeycomb material with a shop vac. It can be done but its really difficult. Also: My exhaust sounds a bit raspy after doing this. I'm going to get a new magnaflow this weekend and see if it helps with the raspy sound.
+rep for determination !

i havnt noticed any power loss with my high flow cat vs no cats.in fact i gained power and fuel mileage.it is better to go with a high flow cat than oem all day everyday.:) and with the gt tb,the car pulls better now as well.if i dont trade this car in tomorrow, then i would eventually have a lighter flywheel as well making this car a really fun car to drive.in short, get the pulley man.ive abused the hell out of this car with the pulley on and have not seen ANY bad signs at all.

Well guys got some liquid wrench on that sh*t and put some extra torque into it and she came right loose. So got everything off and gutted! Felt little differences but I will probably feel greater effects tomorrow when I'm not so spent!
get a gt tb and a pulley.you will feel it then for sure.

Alright man ill go back to O'reilys sometime soon and get the wrench and try that.
go get the appropriate wrench, take the manifold out with o2's still in tact.then loosen the heat sheild.you may have to cut some of the heat shield off with some tin snips to be able to get a boxed in wrench on it.thats what i would do cause i wouldnt take no for an answer

I bought the O2 sensor socket that is a 6 point box and it fit perfectly, snug as a glove but was putting some serious torque on it and then using a rubber mallet to help but it would not budge...
get a wrench.slide it over the o2 sensor wire to get a good bite on the 02 nut.guaranteed to come loose

ive only coded once.and that was when i was using a 1/2 tank of 93 octane :)lmfao:) on the interstate with the ac on,92 degrees out and doing 90+.havnt coded since and i dont believe i ever will again until i hit the smokey mountains with high elevation.

edit: i coded again today on the interstate in 75 degree weather.so apparently going 80-100 on the interstate will cause me to code.weird.oh well, will see what the reflash does.

you need to borrow some muscle lol.take the mani out and then stick a 6 point boxed in wrench on it.i guarantee either the sensor will snap or it will come loose either one ! and i wouldnt be hammering on that shit with the sensors in,you will most likely mess em up
