Weird Dashboard Issue?

I was driving to class today and out of nowhere most of my dashboard lights came on (Check Engine, Traction Control, ASC Off, etc.) simultaneously as both my Tachometer and Speedometer dropped to 0. No performance change in the car, so it's not an issue with the engine. But I was unable to see how fast I was going or what RPMs I'm hitting...not to mention all these damn lights.

I pulled over and restarted the car. The problem went away then came back after another 2-3 minutes. Tried it again when I went to pick up food. Same thing. Went away and came back after a few minutes.

Possibly a speed sensor if the speedo and tac go to 0.

Just out of curiosity( and i might be completely wrong) Is everything hooked up and plugged in to the back of the gauges? Like maybe a loose wire? Or its bouncing up and down from the normal movement but its loose enough that it kinda works?
Just a thought...
