Yes you can but you need to get some hub centric rings (about $15 for 4). Most aftermarket wheels have a center bore that is larger so that they can fit a wide variety of cars, nothing that the rings can't fix.

im thinking about going with enkei raijin (black) 18x8.5 5x114.3 bolt pattern. 35/38 mm offset.

I think it will look good. Though muscle car owners can be weird and many I know associate enkei with imports .
So some may give you crap. I assume that's what Kevin is thinking too.

But in the end it's about what you'd like

I think the Raijin will look fine. Its got enough meat on it that it looks strong like a muscle wheel. I def agree with Kchu though in that the fenders need some fat wheels to fill them up. I don't know if the Raijin come in 9'' wide. But I'd be looking at 18x9 with about a +25 bare minimum. I'd prefer a 10 wide wheel on a muscle car just for the look and functionality of keeping the ass end in line when you start taking the twisties.

 

they also come in 18x9.5

 

If you decide on that wheel I'd go with 9.5 and a super meaty tire
