What else do I need? I HAVE ( not getting so i am going turbo) T3/T4 turbo, turbo exhaust manifold, intercooler with piping, blow off valve, oil catch tank, turbo timer and boost controller, oil feeding and return line ( i relize i will need too tap the oil pan for this). Thats all I have in my posesion motor mounts on its way, So where can i get a downpipe? that whole subject confuses me, but yea anything missing??

you're missing three of the most important things...A real tune, manual fuel control, or i hate to say, piggy back computer, larger fuel injectors and a wastegate, lol...stand alones are the best option next to an ECU tune.

for the downpipe, just make one...it's steel tubing with a few bends and a flange, and mate it to your stock flex pipe...no point having a fancy aftermarket, or custom made downpipe going into the stock cat and on to the rest of your stock exhaust, you go big, turbo to tailpipe, or half-ass it, as i described above...

and where are you feeding the oil from?

i run a sandwich, easiest route IMO... standalone is great but isnt for the average person, unless you wanna spend 2 grand on the standalone then god knows what on the install and tune... knowing the amount of work ive put into the tune on my FIC the idea of having to do everything from scratch on a standalone makes me cringe... what is the A/R and compressor size on the turbo you have? and which manifold are you using? custom or the cast one?
